The Meridian Group is truly a full service real estate company.

We were able to come to Colorado, rent one of their properties in record time, familiarize ourselves with the area, and utilize their real estate expertise and knowledge of the area.

They helped us to fulfill our dream of owning a home with acreage. Their vision of what we wanted was right on track.

Once we found our dream home, The Meridian Group went to work... they prepared the offer for us and put us in touch with a wonderful lender. They negotiated every possible detail to guarantee; we were not only protected but also received the best possible price. I am writing to you on behalf of the Meridian Group, more specifically Tammy Petit and Kimberly Keenan. In an environment where the market is challenged, the field saturated and the ease at which you can get into the field these two stand out in the sea of real estate and deliver service above and beyond. It is a rare occasion, in my opinion, that you can find fantastic service that you can trust in the real estate industry. Tammy and Kim do an exceptional job of creating relationships throughout the industry to be able to put their client first at all times. These relationships don't come easily and the work done to create them is obvious from the start. Unlike many interactions in the field you instantly feel like you are dealing with a knowledgeable, caring and effective team.

I have had the chance to deal with both Tammy and Kim on multiple occasions over the last 7 years. During that time I have bought 2 homes, sold a home and have always had outstanding service and interactions with their entire group. The interaction between the two of them appears seamless and as such gives their client the feeling that they are at their disposal at any given moment. I know this comes at great personal sacrifice and an uncommon commitment to quality. I have been a client of The Meridian group since its inception. I have worked primarily with Tammy Petit and Terri Silva, though Kimberly Keenan has also been involved to some degree as well. I am an Operations Executive with a nation-wide retailer, and in my many real estate moves and transactions, have never had the experience I've had with The Meridian Group anywhere else! I have purchased and sold multiple homes with Meridian and there really is no comparison when it comes to integrity, availability, knowledge, resourcefulness, and competency. Terri and Tammy,

You have been a fantastic team! You have worked tirelessly to help us find just the perfect house!

Terri quickly bonded with our three young children! They loved helping her in our search for a new home. She was so kind and patient with them!

The Meridian Group listened to our needs and helped us find just what we were looking for in Parker!

Tammy worked the entire transaction from start to finish and helped to manage the inevitable hiccups with our lender. We should have called the recommendations for a lender from The Meridian Group.
