I never felt pressured or out of control--she always made sure to verify with us before doing anything official. Negotiation with the seller went quickly, and throughout we felt like we were in a much better bargaining position BECAUSE of Alexis. She knew the market, knew that the pandemic was depressing prices downtown, and used that to our advantage to close for under asking. She was always respectful in the interactions we overheard with the seller's agent, but she was a pleasure to watch negotiate. Her responsiveness continued throughout and after the transaction, and she was always quick to respond. Because of how excellent our experience was buying, we also decided to sell our former condo with Alexis. She helped us find contractors to get the place ready, worked with a great photographer to make our place look its best, and she talked us through a listing strategy in-depth (seriously, I like to think about all options, and she patiently listened, offering advice that helped us feel comfortable with our ultimate list price). Because of her advice and guidance, we were able to sell our place for above asking! I won't use any realtor but Alexis in the Denver Metro!
