We went to the Siena At The Courtyard last night and it is just a magnificent place. The atmosphere is so classy and the and they have wonderful eating spaces outside. Tables are set up with umbrellas along with heat lamps placed throughout the courtyard and all the festive lights make this place a must go to in Castle Rock.
On Tuesday nights they have half price bottles of Wine and Happy Hour is from 4:00-6:30 daily. They are also featuring fresh fisch from Hawaii every weekend so if you are not going for the half priced bottles of wine on Tuesday then dining on the weekend is a must.
Nothing beats some great cheese to go with our wine tasting on Tuesday. On their menu they have a great cheese plate called the Siena Cheese Tasting and it was wonderful. The plate has tastings of Brie with balsamic and quince, gorgonzola with fig black pepper syrup and aged white cheddar and pistachio crusted goat cheese with pineapple chutney.
