You will find free food, centered on nutrition and need. Shoppers can leave with a week's supply of food for their family that will contain 35% of fresh fruits and vegetables. Since Metro Caring's Fresh-Food Market operates on a free choice model the upmost dignity is kept, while saving shoppers $250 per month on groceries.
